The Times We Hold So Dear

'Tis a great confidence in a friend to tell him your faults; greater to tell him his. - Benjamin Franklin

A week and a day since my last post. I'm losing my consistency.

We had our first day in Missions week... and well... it was not that much fun. A lot of cleaning and shuffling around. This church we are trying to tidy up is already in horrible condition. Mold, broken glass everywhere, and old people smell (the worst) permeated every room before we bombarded them with an unhealthy dose of Febreeze and other aerosols. That cannot be good to inhale all of that ha ha. I'm pretty excited for these next few weeks. Times are a flying. I'm kind of sad that my Junior year is almost to and end, yes I said that. I like Junior year, more importantly, I like high school. I think sometimes you guys take it for granted, especially every little time we have together, because this could be the last time we ever see each other again. Once we hit college, we will all scatter, and I don't want to lose the friends that I've grown up with. Of course, the internet has made keeping in touch easier, but still, I enjoy hanging out every day at school with my friends, and goofing around. That's what makes school fun. Even if the teachers or other students or "drama" is bringing you down, you will always have your friends to cheer you up, and maybe get in trouble with you. Laughter makes life so much better, especially if you can laugh at your friend... Jordan
